Comment Moderation

I've had to turn on comment moderation because we've been infested with a troll who apparently has no life of his own so he name steals. Easier for me to block him at the door than keep deleting from every post. Sorry for the incovenience to the rest of you but I'll keep them current so it won't break up the conversations by much.
