Lindsay and Holy Joe fight back

I've already forgotten where I picked up this link, but I love it. It seems the two amigos are miffed that their attempt to permanently squelch the release of the torture photos has been thwarted and are threatening to stamp their little feet and hold their breath until they turn blue.

If the provision is eliminated, Lieberman and Graham said they would vote against the supplemental and any attempts to bring debate on the measure to a close. Graham predicted that most, if not all, of the 40 Senate Republicans would do the same, and Lieberman said he would be reaching out to Democrats on the issue as well. That could be enough to filibuster the supplemental measure on the Senate floor, because 60 votes are needed to end debate on a bill.

Actually that's a pretty lousy analogy because they're threatening to filibuster, but since that doesn't actually require any talking these days, I'm going to keep it. In any event, I don't think the Goddess loves me enough to let this happen. It would be too delicious to have these two blocking war spending, especially since one of their major lines of attack against Obama during the election was that he voted against one of the supplemental war bills when Bush was in office.
