Good money after bad

Here's a waste of seven and half million perfectly good research dollars. John Hopkins will undertake a new effort to improve the reliability of electronic voting machines.

Forget it already. There is no such animal as an unhackable electronic voting machine. Sometimes the old ways really are best and the only way to completely ensure a fully fair and transparent election is with paper ballots. I don't care if it takes weeks to count them all if it preserves the integrity of the process.
