Who knew they were so close?

This is interesting. John Bolton took time out of his busy UN-bashing schedule to visit a friend in jail. Yeah, I know, a thug like that probably has a lot of friends in jail, so what's news? Well, this friend just happened to be Judy Miller. You remember Judy I'm sure, even though she has been in the hoosegow for about a month now for "protecting her source" (or some say her own butt) in the Plame leak and Johnny boy just coincidentally happens to be implicated in the treasonous affair himself.

As Arianna says, "For anyone who doesn’t find this jailhouse get-together highly UN-usual, please give me the name of the journalist who, in or out of jail, would get a visit from John Bolton. Other than Bob Novak."

As an added bonus, if you follow the links in Arianna's post, you get to witness Wonkette attempting to start a little cat spat. Unfortunately for Ana Marie, she apparently started the cocktail hour much too early and missed her mark completely. I worry about that girl's liver. Meanwhile, Arianna emerges without a scratch but inflicts a little damage of her own.
