Health insurance reform ain't beanbag
Krugman has a good column on the town hall mobs but he misses one relevant point. It's not just that a lot of Obama supporters are becoming disillusioned because he didn't deliver the change they expected. They didn't show up at the town halls at first because they don't need convincing and the hcr activists tend to do more direct contact with legislators. But the problem is, neither do they fully support the health insurance reform efforts because it's become increasingly clear Congress is still giving away the store to the health industry corporations.
