Yes. Question: Why doesn't the Vice President have the Sergeant-at-Arms of the Senate just beat the crap of the Republicans? Or drag 'em out & shoot 'em? There's no law in that room, right? Just Senate rules.
Then, under Senate rules, they can have a vote without fear of filibuster, since the quorum would be 40 Senators smaller, the number to beat would be only 36, instead of 60. Even old "Give 'Em A Stern Talking-To" Harry Reid should be able to manage that.
The only question is, what do we do with Lieberman? Aw, Hell, let's just shoot 'im and let Gawd sort it out.

LOL Cosa. I know you're really a peaceful DFH at heart. For the record, I actually do support gun owners rights though. I think we're going to need hunters to catch squirrels so we don't starve before this recession is over.
I believe statistics show that Republican administrations, at least since Eisenhower, have shown substantially lower growth that Democratic.
I don't know why people are forgetting that people who forecast this recent tragedy were called traitors and America Haters by the traitors and America haters at Fox.
Rest assured that they will twist your words about putting the criminals up against the wall and accuse you of plotting murder, mayhem and revolution.
Remember too, that the millions who lost their lives in Europe in the 30's and 40's lost them because they were law abiding.
Fogg, for an exercise in head banging frustration, try the comment section at DetNews. There is no way to crack the cognitive dissonance. I've given up.
