Stop Loan Sharks

This revolution will be televised.
Hundreds of people trying to save their homes from foreclosure flocked to Connecticut's wealthy Gold Coast this weekend to give financial kingpins a piece of their mind. [...]

"We can’t let them live quietly in a lap of luxury while they throw hard working Americans out on the street," NACA explains on its Web site. "This action is within our legal rights as Americans to peacefully protest and meet with those who control our family’s livelihood."
The title of the post is the slogan on their bright yellow tshirts. I figure we'll be seeing more of them. Surely, it's only a matter of time before the Red State Army Strike Force starts staging counter-protests. Should be colorful.

Good! It's about time the issue was taken home to roost.
It must have been a peaceful protest because the last line of the article says no one wqs arrested.
It's beginning to feel a lot like the 60s.....

I think nothing is going to change until people take to the streets. I think this protest is a good sign.

Depends on who's out in the street.

I worry about the kind of red-baiting militant, xenophobic right we saw emerge during the 1930's and Great Depression I

Fogg, I worry about everything. One can only hope that people remember who the real villians are.
