Happy Birthday John Edwards
I went to John Edwards "birthday party" yesterday. I got a lot of good shots but I'm on my way to work so I'm just going to post a few this morning and I'll post more along with details of the event later this evening.
There was a decent crowd. I'd figure about 600 people.
This was my favorite couple and yes, I caught them "leering" at each other. I wanted to adopt them, they were so sweet. They're both wearing seersucker suits, hence the psychedelic effect.

ELizabeth looked gorgeous. I spoke with her only briefly, knowing how difficult it must be to come out and do this while she's undergoing chemo. She also impressed me.
It was a well organized event and I loved this backdrop on the stage.

Calm down Lester. You're buying into the right wing rhetoric. He had a lot to say.
our budget is 2.9 trillion dollars. we already give like half of our money to the government. and he wants more? Does the pork have to pile all the way to the sky?
Why blame it on him Lester? The GOP are just as bad on pork.
It was a fun party though!
