You Gotta Have Heart

It is being reported today that Vice-President Cheney will have his heart defibrillator replaced later this year.

I think this is a ridiculous waste of money and resources.

Wouldn't he have to have a heart to need a heart defibrillator? I would think it would be a basic requirement.
