I almost missed this from the WaPo. There's a delightful new searchable database at Open Secrets that allows you to enter a number of criteria to track where former government staffers traded in their Beltway creds for lucrative positions on Lobby Row.

Hours of fun to be had here folks. Just using the simplest search, one can turn up fascinating little know facts about well known people. For instance, I didn't know John Ashcroft started his own lobby firm. And I wonder why eBay hired him?
