Joe Klein at Time magazine just figured out Frist is history. I could have told him that when the Shiavo hit the fan. Of more interest is this quote. "Frist never had the votes he needed for the nuclear option."
I hope all the spineless Democrats who believed he could do it and voted for cloture are suitably embarrassed for cowering under such an idle threat.
