Warbloggers fail to support the troops

Technology is a double-edged sword. While advances in weaponry and combat medicine have prevented many deaths, it's led to a metoric rise in brain injury and post-traumatic stress disorders. Not only is the military not equipped to deal with the medical needs of these vets, they're actively engaged in a cover-up to conceal the number of victims. Salon now has an admission of this perfidy on tape:
"OK," McNinch told Sgt. X. "I will tell you something confidentially that I would have to deny if it were ever public. Not only myself, but all the clinicians up here are being pressured to not diagnose PTSD and diagnose anxiety disorder NOS [instead]." McNinch told him that Army medical boards were "kick[ing] back" his diagnoses of PTSD, saying soldiers had not seen enough trauma to have "serious PTSD issues."
What really pisses me off is that the only people drawing attention to this travesty is a handful of lefty bloggers. And what are hatemongering warbloggers slavering over today? They're wearing their cheeto-stained fingers to the bone, pounding out outraged demands for mass bombings of Somalia in retatilation for a tiny pirate hijacking that's was resolved within hours.

It's so typical of these "sanctity of life" hypocrites. Just as they have no interest in the welfare of children beyond the womb, they have no concern for the troops once the soldiers are too broken to play out their "fearless warrior" fantasies on the battlefield.

In my experience as a disabled Vet, the hate-mongering war-heads are usually not Vets. And they hold our troops in almost as little regard as they do they enemy. It's all a big game to them. Some even call it that.

That's how it's been since the Revolutionary War and Shays Rebellion. After every war, Screw The Troops: Except WWII, because the Vets took over Congress after the war. But then they turned right around and screwed the Korean Vets. It won't end until wars do.

I'm afraid that's true. It's even worse this time because there's so many more injured vets. If we could only end all the wars...
