Random thought

Can anybody remember the last time an "explosive revelation" of any sort, for or against any administration, was made by a named source? Or even any article at all that was based solely on named sources. Because I can't. I do vaguely remember when unnamed source material was treated more as rumor than hard news. Those were good times.
