I'm looking at a busy day so for the moment, go read Avedon's post with an eloquent response to yesterday's FISA fold from our friend Brilliant Jill, the ACLU plans for a legal challenge to the new and unimproved law and an encouraging hint at some movement towards impeachment.

And while you're at it, click over and sign the ACLU's ad which will run in a major newspaper in response to the constitutional sellout.

You might also want to check in with John Cole who is wondering if the Dems are a bunch of spineless wankers, or if they really do support the idiot legislation they keep passing.
