Obama in Oregon
[By Libby]
Impressive. 75,000 people turn out for an Obama rally. I'm told that represents one eighth of the population of the city. I wouldn't have wanted to be in the middle of that. Crowds that dense make me nervous.
Update: NTodd has more photos from backstage at the press box. I'm hearing this was about double the turnout Kerry got during the general. Pretty astounding for a primary whistle stop. As the candidate said, just wow.
