Why Hillary won

By Libby

I wasn't surprised about the New Hampshire results except that I expected Ron Paul to do better. I predicted the outcome on Saturday. However, it's my birthday so I'm taking the night off. But I did post my reaction at Newshoggers. Check it out there.

I've had an odd day and I don't feel it like summarizing it tonight.

Paul will be in the south carolina FOX debate. not because of any contrition on their part, but because local boy and neo con insider Fred thompson is below even a blacklisted candidate in the polls.

the poll results in new hampshire were baffling. I don't even care about Pauls showing it was respectable, but mcain? hillary? the exit polling actually showed that alot of republicans thought mcain was somehow antiwar!

I'm surprised Thompson hasn't dropped out yet Lester. He's going nowhere but I suppose he may do better in the south.

I also expected RP to do better but I was sure the polling was wrong on Hillary. I felt pretty confident that my prediction on her win was going to be right as I detailed at NH.

it's a victory for Bush. peple voted for the two most innocous, most detached, beltway pieces of drivel available. they should form their own party the Bush 3rd term party

Well they certainly don't signal any great change to me Lester. It does make me wonder if there wasn't some screwing around with the Diebolds. I did a post at NH on that earlier.
