This is refreshing. Chris Matthews lays into Kate O'Beirne and bascially calls her a hypocrite. Of course he's very bi-partisan and accuses Democrats of the same thing but it's at least a start that he manages to call out GOP "inconsistency."

I was watching this show when it aired and he was critical of her, but did not force her to give a good answer. And of course when it comes to republican criticism he has to pair it with democratic criticism.
It was more disappointing than anything else when it was put into the context of the whole show.
Well you have me there Jim. I can't bring myself to watch these shows. Still, it's an improvement over no confrontation at all. You can't really expect the Pravda press to change its stripes overnight.
