I've been saying this since day one but here's another reason that Hillary Clinton should not be the Dem's candidate in 08.

I'm mixed on Hillary Clinton running for President. On one hand, she's highly popular, extremely articulate, and at this point extremely well vetted. (what more surprises could there be after five years of Ken Starr)
On the negative side are her negatives which run extremely high is some parts of the country. It would be extremely hard for her in the south and west to overcome the negative impressions laid down by the Republicans during the Clinton presidency. And without Fla, you'd have to run a perfect campaign in the midwest.

This is part of the actual document by the JCS outlining possible scenarios to make it appear that Cuba had attacked the United states. There are a few Operation Northwoods references on line now that it has been declassified. If it could happen then, it could definitely happen now.
