Legislators lose their base

Funny, I hadn't really thought about this aspect of the Katrina fallout. As the WaPo notes, we now have a bunch of legislators who have lost their constituents either to the flood or the evacuation. While these lesser known politicians are stepping to the plate to help their displaced people now, when the current chaos resolves into the long months and perhaps years of rebuilding, who will they be representing once that all their constituents are absorbed into other districts?
