Oh lordy - brings back memories of Skip's Fiesta Drive In back in the day when cars were cars and we were boys. It was the origin of countless drag races and endless bliss and we could eat cheeseburgers, fries, burn rubber and not worry.

What can take it's place? Can you imagine such a thing now with nasty sounding Nissan Cubes and SUV's with blacked out and sealed shut windows filled with frantically texting teens communicating with frantically texting teens in other boxy behemoths in other parking lots far away?

Dear dead days

Those were the golden days of cars. They had style back then. We were lucky to have been young when it happened. Now, they all kind of look the same to me.
