Ha! Ha! Ha! Of course, they're allowed to say that because, we said it about Saint Ronnie.
Who was of course quite noticeably in the early stages of Alzheimer's disease in his second term, if not earlier. Whether it was seen as a folksy charm or not has mostly to do with your political prejudice.
Prejudice is a marvelous thing, allowing people to think Dick Nixon had it and vote for him twice -- and of course the same goes for Georgie. It even allows some to think Obama is a far-left radical who's somehow in bed with Wall Street tycoons.
In bed with Wall Street except when he's trying to destroy capitalism which is clearly apparent by the record breaking profits of the corporatocracy. Also, too, culture war!
