How can you tell Palin is lying?

Her mouth is moving. Old joke, I know, but one that fits her perfectly. In response to press inquiries on the Troopergate she brazenly states how happy she is to have cleared of all illegal and unethical conduct. A claim she is repeating on the stump at campaign events. Epic lie. But maybe she just didn't have time to read the report since she's so busy reading all the newspapers and magazines. Still, since this was on page one of the report, you might think she would have noticed.
