So let me get this straight. Some idiot reporter can't think of a better question to ask a potential president than why he's not wearing a cheezy flag pin that can be purchased for about a buck in any roadside convenience store on his lapel and not only is the asker of such a lamebrain question not laughed out of the press corps, three days later, it's still a major story to the point where the NYT is doing an investigative post on who's sporting what on their lapels?

No wonder we have such a dumbed down electorate when they have to depend on idiot journalists for news. To borrow from Atrios, just shoot me now. I can't stand it anymore.
