Seen these before. Saw one years ago that I thought I'd saved but since have lost. I loved it and if memory serves, the headline from the WaPo, reads:
"Study shows 9 in 10 DC jury candidates involved in murder"
(really? is the involvement due to being the perpetrator, or a conspirator, or from being related to victim?
Ha! Good one.
