I get most of my hate mail at the Detroit News blog. My favorite of the week.
Libby; I try to read you everyday. I also listen to Rush Limbaugh. I'll tell you, that to me, Rush makes alot more sense than you do. If someone is spewing hate it is you.Hey, at least he reads me. I suppose I should have said thanks.

I really feel like I need to take a break from reading the comments at the DetNews blog. The very same righties complaining about the "tone" of the debate are congratulating J.D. for calling Ms. Sheehan an "armpit stain".
The quality of the "debate" has certainly fallen into the sewer since they put the Freeper twins up on the board.
You have to wonder what the hell Felix was thinking and why he doesn't shut them down. I swear, one more libelous attack on me personally and I'm going to ask him to do something about it.
I've pretty much had it with the gutter politics over there these days.
You can't fight bullies, so it's best to ignore them. They always have to have the last word anyway, so it's kind of futile.
Mike and JD (and some commenters) really do fit the profile of bullies who try to exert control with sarcasm and ridicule to compensate for their feelings of insecurity and inadequacy.
Come to think of it, that describes many of our politicians in Washington too. They don't really care about working together to find solutions, they only care about getting their own way.
Libby, I wouldn't worry about their libelous comments. You're a prolific, intelligent writer and for some reason you threaten them - probably because you're a smart woman. "Angry white men" hate smart women.
