I prefer the Soros/Krugman plan myself

I wish I was joking. It seems 49% of GOP voters believe ACORN stole the election for President Obama. Down from 52% in 2008. But that's not the most impressive part. It seems 25 percent have an opinion about the Panetta-Burns plan, which doesn't exist.

Neither does the Black-Sanders Plan but it should. It's still the best plan I've seen in the last four years.
