We're all hippies now
This is a little surprising. Via Thers, posting at Eschaton, there's a Fox news poll asking, Do 'Occupy Wall Street' protesters represent your views about the nation's economic problems?"
When I voted, a little over 62% said, yes, yes they do. So much for their alleged messaging problem. It seems most ordinary Americans identify with "We Are the 99%."

Thanks, I just went and voted too. Now it's nearly 64% — something like 95,000 votes!

Very cool. Ailes must be pissed. Wonder it will change the tone of their coverage.
Ailes has made a career out of convincing the 10% that they are the majority. This should be no challenge for him and as he said, it's not about news, it's about ratings. Hate is good for ratings.
Really. The hard core 30 something percent of hippie haters will always buy his snake oil. But you might think he needs more than the base to turn a profit.
