Sanford's soap opera
I'm really not at all interested in the details of Sanford's sex life and I still don't think he should resign because of his tawdry affairs. But I keep reading these articles because the inept cover-up is just fascinating.
Lie-dar says: He did too cross the line. He's just saving that revelation for the next installment of his serial confession, due to air shortly before The Enquirer posts photos of that green eyed blonde.

I don't think his wife is watching that soap opera either and if he's trying "to fall back in love with her" he's going to have to get past the armed guards and the dogs to serenade beneath her window.
Seems she just moved in with her parents in the gated community next door to me.
Who says nothing ever happens in this sleepy little town?
Fogg, you do get the "best" neighbors. Maybe you can get some pix and sell them to the tabloids. :)
The gate is surrounded by cops, looking miserable out in the pouring rain.
Last time I saw such a fuss was when they took young Michale Skakel away from the same community. The best neighbors indeed.
Now it seems Mark Sanford hisself will be visiting for the weekend. I'm glad it's supposed to keep raining for at least a week - maybe it will wash the place clean.
Is it raining there? We haven't had barely a drop in almost three weeks now. Could use a bit.
I saw that Sanford is on his way to make nice with the wife. Guess the girlfriend told him to take a hike after he made her a laughingstock. I expect it's more fun from a distance, but you do have interesting neighbors... :)
