SCOTUS shuffle

The big buzz today will of course be over Souter's resignation. I don't have anything to say about at this point other than it caught me by surprise. I hear there were clues but I missed them. Also, not that I'm expecting him to nominate any kind of real liberal, I'm still really glad it's Obama making the nomination and not John McCain.
