Atrios has been linking to this guy's blog for a long time and I keep meaning to blogroll him because it's an interesting chronicle of the California real estate market and the effects of the meltdown.

Also, for an amateur sociologist like myself, it's a fascinating look at human nature and the capacity for remorseless greed.
