Sure, blame Soros

George Soros is a guy you either love or hate. Me, I love the guy and spare me the angry emails about what a louse he is for breaking the Bank of England. There's not a billionaire on earth that hasn't done something ugly to get their money, but Soros at least is making his penance now by funding great social and humanitarian programs to make the world a better place. To be sure he's a political activist who supports "left wing" causes but the rightwingers need to get a grip. He's not responsible for singlehandedly underwriting every successful progressive organization in America.

Drudge is the latest one to falsely claim Soros is behind the VLWC. Simply put, Drudge lied when he called Media Matters for America a "Soros operation."
